As soon as Tibbs got out, he dashed to an inattentive bird.
As a non-graceful cat, I thought he would fail to catch the bird, but much to my surprise, he caught it. I don't know if he was trying to kill it but the bird was tweeting for its life between Tibbs' paws. I grabbed onto Tibbs' neck and rescued the bird. The bird was obviously traumatized but it was moving starting to walk away. Later, I checked Tibbs' claws. there were no sign of blood or even feather on them.
